- When providing your own artwork, it must be submitted to us in one of the following "camera ready" formats: EPS, Illustrator, or PDF files with all fonts converted to paths. Converting your logo from other formats not listed above or if we need to modify existing Church Art Works® art for the product, art preparation is billed in half hour increments of $37.50. - Most orders will have a manufacturer's setup fee of between $30 - $75 per order.
- Minimum quantities may range from 48 - 250 or more depending on the product.
- Due to the 'customized' nature of Advertising Specialty Items, we require full payment at the time of the initial order. A Cancellation Fee of 75% of the original total, or the actual cost of production and/or sub-contractor costs will be imposed if canceling after the custom manufacturing process has already occurred.
